Our Christmas menu is complete and it’s left us feeling very festive! We are very proud of the menu we have created, with 3 courses and lots of delicious seasonal dishes to choose from.
Our starters include a cream of parsnip soup, a family favourite recipe! Black pudding bon bons set on bacon and onion mash with a balsamic glaze. Salmon gravalax served on salad garnish finished with sour cream dressing or Grilled goats cheese salad with olives, red onions and a pimento coulis. Is your mouth watering yet?!
For main courses we have something for everyone too. From a traditional turkey with all the trimmings to a delicious vegetarian Wild mushroom, shallot and saffron risotto served with garlic ciabatta. There is also a winter warming slow cooked venison goulash with seasonal vegetables or for something a bit lighter Char grilled sea-bass fillets served on sweet potato and asparagus dauphinoise covered in a caper cream sauce.
And no meal is complete without a stunning dessert and we have lots to choose from including a sticky toffee pudding with homemade ice cream or a slice of our cheesecake of the week (look out for some real winners like white chocolate and Oreo cookie!). Our crumble is not to be missed too and you can choose from cream or ice cream to accompany this. Feeling festive? You can even have a rich indulgent individual Christmas pudding with brandy cream sauce.
